Timothy Wetherald
Executive Director/CEO
Nearly 40 years’ experience working with at risk and disenfranchised populations. He has worked with those suffering from substance abuse, involved in the criminal justice system, the homeless, and those who have faced daunting life challenges. His experience covers a wide range of settings from case management, counseling, education, employer, and job development. He has over 20 years’ experience in start-up technology companies and business management and development. He has a degree in Theology from Canyonview Seminary and a BA in Psychology for Humboldt State CalPoly.
Francine (Elle) Town
Program Director
Over 20 years experience in the life coaching industry . She holds two prestigious international life coaching certifications, is a successful RTT (rapid transformational therapy ) practitioner, and relationship Coach . She worked as crisis management specialist for American Airlines, holds a B.A. in Psych, and Graduate coursework in Counseling with a depth of study in addictions and PTSD. She is currently pursuing her certification in Addictions Studies, and volunteers as a coach/counselor for other local recovery programs.
Brent Eddy
Director of Business Development
Has 31 years experience as an Automotive Executive, managing 10 million dollars per month in revenue with a proven track record of training and improving processes that increase customer satisfaction, net profit, and business development.
